নিত্যানন্দে সমর্পিল জাতিকুলপাঙ্তি শ্রীচৈতন্যনিত্যানন্দে করি প্রাণপতি
नित्यानन्दे समर्पिल जातिकुलपाङ्ति श्रीचैतन्यनित्यानन्दे करि प्राणपति
nityānande samarpila jāti-kula-pāṅti śrī-caitanya-nityānande kari prāṇapati

Translation
Making Lord Caitanya and Lord Nityānanda the Lords of his life, Gaurīdāsa Paṇḍita sacrificed everything for the service of Lord Nityānanda, even the fellowship of his own family.
