tadā te bhrātaraḥ sarve sadaśvaiḥ svarṇa-bhūṣitaiḥ anvagacchan rathair viprā vyāsa-dhaumyādayas tathā
Synonyms
tadā—at that time; te—all of them; bhrātaraḥ—the brother; sarve—altogether; sadaśvaiḥ—drawn by first class horses; svarṇa—gold; bhūṣitaiḥ—being decorated with; anvagacchan—followed one after another; rathaiḥ—on the chariot; viprāḥ—oh the Brahmins; vyāsa—the sags of the name; dhaumya—of the name; ādayaḥ—also.
Translation
Thereafter all his brothers followed him on beautiful chariots drawn by first class horses decorated with gold ornaments along with Vyasa and rishis like Dhoumya etc. (the learned priest of the Pandavas. See page 494 for description).
