শ্রীচৈতন্যামরতরোর্দ্বিতীযস্কন্ধরূপিণঃ শ্রীমদদ্বৈতচন্দ্রস্য শাখারূপান্গণান্নুমঃ
श्रीचैतन्यामरतरोर्द्वितीयस्कन्धरूपिणः श्रीमदद्वैतचन्द्रस्य शाखारूपान्गणान्नुमः
śrī-caitanyāmara-taror dvitīya-skandha-rūpiṇaḥ śrīmad-advaitacandrasya śākhā-rūpān gaṇān numaḥ

Translation
I offer my respectful obeisances to the all-glorious Advaita Prabhu, who forms the second branch of the eternal Caitanya tree, and to His followers, who form His sub-branches.
