अथ तस्मै भगवते नमस्कृत्य पितामहः भवश्च जग्मतुः स्वं स्वं धामोपेयुर्बलिं सुराः
atha tasmai bhagavate namaskṛtya pitāmahaḥ bhavaś ca jagmatuḥ svaṁ svaṁ dhāmopeyur baliṁ surāḥ
Synonyms
atha—after this; tasmai—unto Him; bhagavate—unto the Supreme Personality of Godhead; namaskṛtya—offering obeisances; pitāmahaḥ—Lord Brahmā; bhavaḥ ca—as well as Lord Śiva; jagmatuḥ—returned; svam svam—to their own; dhāma—abodes; upeyuḥ—approached; balim—King Bali; surāḥ—all the other demigods..
Translation
Then Lord Brahmā and Lord Śiva, after offering their respectful obeisances to the Lord, returned to their abodes. All the demigods then approached Mahārāja Bali.
