ते दुःखरोषामर्षार्ति शोकवेगविमोहिताः हा तात साधो धर्मिष्ट त्यक्त्वास्मान्स्वर्गतो भवान्
te duḥkha-roṣāmarṣārti- śoka-vega-vimohitāḥ hā tāta sādho dharmiṣṭa tyaktvāsmān svar-gato bhavān

Translation
Virtually bewildered by grief, anger, indignation, affliction and lamentation, the sons of Jamadagni cried, "O father, most religious, saintly person, you have left us and gone to the heavenly planets! "
