tatra sañjayam āsīnaṁ papracchodvigna-mānasaḥ gāvalgaṇe kva nas tāto vṛddho hīnaś ca netrayoḥ
Synonyms
tatra—there; sañjayam—unto Sanjaya; āsīnam—seated; papraccha—enquired from; udvigna-manasaḥ—full with anxious mind; gāvalgaṇe—the son of Gabalgan Sanjaya; kva—where is; naḥ—our; tātaḥ—uncle; vṛddhaḥ—old in age; hīnaḥ ca—as also bereft of Netrayoh—by the eyes.
Translation
Maharaj Yudhisthira full with anxious mind asked Sanjaya who was sitting on the spot and said "Oh Sanjaya where is our uncle who is advanced in age and blind by the eyes ?"
