অংগ হৈতে যেই কীডা খসিযা পডয উঠাঞা সেই কীডা রাখে সেই ঠাঞ

अंग हैते येइ कीडा खसिया पडय उठाञा सेइ कीडा राखे सेइ ठाञ

aṅga haite yei kīḍā khasiyā paḍaya uṭhāñā sei kīḍā rākhe sei ṭhāña

Synonyms

aṅga haitefrom his body; yeiwhich; kīḍāa worm; khasiyādrops; paḍayafalling off; uṭhāñāpicking up; seithat; kīḍāworm; rākheplaces; sei ṭhāñain the same place..

Translation

Although suffering from leprosy, the brāhmaṇa Vāsudeva was enlightened. As soon as one worm fell from his body, he would pick it up and place it back again in the same location.
