সন্ধ্যায ভোগ লাগে ক্ষীর—ঽঅমৃতকেলিঽনাম দ্বাদশ মৃত্পাত্রে ভরিঽ অমৃতসমান
सन्ध्याय भोग लागे क्षीर—ऽअमृतकेलिऽनाम द्वादश मृत्पात्रे भरिऽ अमृतसमान
sandhyāya bhoga lāge kṣīra—'amṛta-keli'-nāma dvādaśa mṛt-pātre bhari' amṛta-samāna

Translation
The brāhmaṇa priest said: "In the evening the Deity is offered sweet rice in twelve earthen pots. Because the taste is as good as nectar [amṛta], it is named amṛta-keli.
