বসিঽ নাম লয পুরী, নিদ্রা নাহি হয শেষরাত্রে তন্দ্রা হৈল,—বাহ্যবৃত্তিলয
वसिऽ नाम लय पुरी, निद्रा नाहि हय शेषरात्रे तन्द्रा हैल,—बाह्यवृत्तिलय
vasi' nāma laya purī, nidrā nāhi haya śeṣa-rātre tandrā haila,—bāhya-vṛtti-laya

Translation
Mādhavendra Purī could not sleep. He sat and chanted the Hare Kṛṣṇa mahā-mantra, and at the end of the night he dozed a little, and his external activities stopped.
