নিজ কৃত দুই শ্লোক লিখিযা তালপাতে ঽপ্রভুকে দিহঽ বলিঽ দিল জগদানন্দহাতে
निज कृत दुइ श्लोक लिखिया तालपाते ऽप्रभुके दिहऽ बलिऽ दिल जगदानन्दहाते
nija kṛta dui śloka likhiyā tāla-pāte 'prabhuke diha' bali' dila jagadānanda-hāte

Translation
Sārvabhauma Bhaṭṭācārya then composed two verses on the leaf of a palm tree. Giving the palm leaf to Jagadānanda Prabhu, he requested him to deliver it to Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu.
