ঽরুদ্রঽরূপ ধরি করে জগত্সংহার সৃষ্টি, স্থিতি, প্রলয হয ইচ্ছায যাঙ্হার
ऽरुद्रऽरूप धरि करे जगत्संहार सृष्टि, स्थिति, प्रलय हय इच्छाय याङ्हार
'rudra'-rūpa dhari kare jagat saṁhāra sṛṣṭi, sthiti, pralaya haya icchāya yāṅhāra

Translation
"The Supreme Lord, and His form of Rudra [Lord Śiva], brings about the dissolution of this material creation. In other words, by His will only, there is creation, maintenance and dissolution of the whole cosmic manifestation.
