হরের্গুণাক্ষিপ্তমতির্ভগবান্বাদরাযণিঃ অধ্যগান্মহদাখ্যানং নিত্যং বিষ্ণুজনপ্রিযঃ

हरेर्गुणाक्षिप्तमतिर्भगवान्बादरायणिः अध्यगान्महदाख्यानं नित्यं विष्णुजनप्रियः

harer guṇākṣipta-matir bhagavān bādarāyaṇiḥ adhyagān mahad-ākhyānaṁ nityaṁ viṣṇu-jana-priyaḥ

Translation

" 'Being very much attracted by the transcendental pastimes of the Lord, the mind of Śrīla Śukadeva Gosvāmī was agitated by Kṛṣṇa consciousness. He therefore began to study Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam by the grace of his father.'
