ঽআত্মাঽশব্দে ঽস্বভাবঽ কহে, তাতে যেই রমে আত্মারাম জীব যত স্থাবরজংগমে

ऽआत्माऽशब्दे ऽस्वभावऽ कहे, ताते येइ रमे आत्माराम जीव यत स्थावरजंगमे

'ātmā'-śabde 'svabhāva' kahe, tāte yei rame ātmārāma jīva yata sthāvara-jaṅgame

Translation

"Another meaning of the word ātmā is 'one's characteristic nature.' Whoever enjoys his particular type of nature is called ātmārāma. Therefore, all living entities—be they moving or nonmoving—are also called ātmārāma.
